Abstract:Background:
The reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC)
method was developed for the quantitative measurement of monoclonal antibodies (Maftivimab,
Atoltivimab, and Odesivimab) in the pharmaceutical dosage form. The Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) has approved these monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of Zaire ebolavirus infection
in adults.
Methods:
