Rapid identification of impurity in the material surface using mesh-assisted laser-induced plasma technique utilizing pulse CO2 laser

Abstract: Impurity analysis in the material surface urgently required in various fields such as material sciences and industries. In this research, a new technique was devised based on a pulse CO2 laser. Technically, the surface of the almite material as a material target was covered by a metal mesh.
