Abstract:All-inorganic perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have excellent photoelectric performance, such as high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY), narrow full width at half-maximum (FWHM), and emission spectra covering the visible light wavelength. The emission color can be tuned over the full visible spectral region making them promising for white-light-emitting diodes (WLEDs).
