Abstract:Airway tumors are rare in children. Pyogenic granuloma (PG), also known as lobular capillary hemangioma, is a benign vascular tumor usually found on the skin or in the oral cavity. Rarely, these lesions occur in the airway and cause significant hemoptysis.
