A 55-year-old woman was referred to our department for multiple asymptomatic translucent skin-colored vesiculopapular lesions located on the cheeks and eyelids. The lesions were present since 5 years, worsening in summer and regressing in cold weather ( Fig. 1).Dermoscopic findings revealed a well-demarcated homogenous bluish area surrounded by a pale halo with arborizing vessels (using a nonpolarized Fotofinder dermoscope X20) ( Fig. 2).
Histopathological findingsA 4 mm punch skin biopsy was performed. The biopsy revealed a normal epidermis. The dermis showed a solitary cyst lined with a layer of small cuboidal cells. No connection between the cyst and the epidermis was observed (Fig. 3).

No apocrine decapitation secretion was observed (Hematoxylin and eosin, 9100) Figure 1 Multiple skin-colored cystic papulonodular lesions ranging from 2 to 5 mm in diameter located mainly on the periorbital region and the cheeksFigure 2 A well-demarcated homogenous bluish area surrounded by a pale halo with arborizing vessels (using a nonpolarized Fotofinder dermoscope 920) ª
