Abstract:We present a case of surgical site haematoma developed in a female patient with breast cancer who had undergone modified radical mastectomy. On investigation, the underlying aetiology was detected to be axillary artery branch pseudoaneurysm. The patient was managed with the minimally invasive technique of angioembolisation with coils. A multidisciplinary approach resulted in an excellent outcome. The patient made good recovery without any residual impairment.
