Abstract:Polyorchism is a rare congenital anomaly defined as the incidence of more than two testicles. This pathology is considered to be extremely rare and may remain asymptomatic for a long time. The disease is detected predominantly during the examination of other urologic pathologies such as inflammation, hydrocele, testicular torsion, inguinal hernia, male infertility, and malignant changes.
