Abstract:Cryofibrinogenaemia is a rare haematological disorder characterised by cold temperature-induced precipitation of plasma proteins causing small-vessel occlusive vascular disorder with a hallmark of skin ulceration. It remains an underdiagnosed entity because of a lack of diagnostic criteria.
