Abstract:Extramedullary myeloid sarcoma (EMMS) involving the biliary tract is extremely rare. We describe, a case of a 40-year-old gentleman who presented with obstructive jaundice and features of malignant biliary stricture on ERCP and MRCP. Histopathology revealed myeloblasts, while peripheral blood and bone marrow did not reveal any evidence of leukemia.
