Rare Cause of Recurrent Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding — Perforation of Aortal Aneurysma into the Esophagus

Abstract: A case of an aortic aneurysma penetrating into the esophageal cavity causing an upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and acute dysphagia is presented. Exact patient's history and the knowledge of the results of previous examinations is essential to prevent emergency endoscopy in such cases because of the danger of acute letal rupture.
