Rare Combination of Complications after Surgery for Recurrent Giant Cell Tumor of the Spine in a Child

Abstract: A case of surgical treatment of the recurrent giant cell tumor of L3 vertebra in a child of 12 years old is presented. Postoperative period was complicated by early dynamic ileus, two-time delayed arterial bleeding, and prolonged liquorrhea.
