Rare Complication of Necrotizing Pancreatitis: Extension of Retroperitoneal Abscess into Femoral Region

Abstract: Distant abscesses are uncommon during the episode of acute pancreatitis (AP). However, these are possible sequalae of necrotizing pancreatitis and should be treated appropriately to prevent serious septic complications.
