Abstract:Myxomas, characterized by abundant mucoid stroma and spindle cells, represent a subset of benign soft tissue tumors. Intramuscular myxomas in the maxillofacial region are rare, posing diagnostic challenges. We present the case of a 58-year-old male who reported limited jaw movement.
