Abstract:Introduction. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) can be accompanied by a triad of cardiac symptoms (arrhythmia, cardialgia, signs of autonomic dysfunction). This syndrome is called gastro-cardiac or Remheld syndrome. The most common rhythm disturbances in Remheld syndrome are atrial fibrillation, supraventricular extrasystole.
