Rasgulla—the ethnic Indian sweetmeat delicacy and its evolutionary journey through contemporary research

Abstract: West Bengal and Odisha, two distinguished provinces of India, are consecrated with prosperous animal resources. Both territories have substantially affluent traditional dairy-based products.
