Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the neuroprotective effects of caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) on phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) mRNA isoenzymes, oxidant and antioxidant defence in ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injured rat brains.
