Rate of Late Venous Thromboembolism Events In High-Risk Medical Patients

Abstract: 82 Background: Current guidelines recommend that venous thromboembolism (VTE) prophylaxis should be given to high-risk medical inpatients based on evidence of reduced VTE events and reduced mortality.
