RC-4BC cells express nicotinic and muscarinic acetylcholine receptors

Abstract: Acetylcholine is one of the most important endogenous neurotransmitters in a range of organisms spanning different animal phyla. Within pituitary gland it acts as autocrine and paracrine signal.
