Abstract

The Integral Theory consists of nine specific sites three main compartments which are supporting the female pelvis. Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is caused due to laxity in the vaginal supporting ligaments in especially anterior pelvic compartment which consists of pubourethral ligament, external urethral ligament, and hammock.
