The Discrete Sources Method has been modified to examine near field for polarized light scattering from two coupled noble metal particles. The developed computer model has been employed to investigate plasmonic resonance of two metal spheroids of the different aspect ratio with a gap between them. It has been found that the P -polarized excitation plays a key role for the scattering behavior. It has been shown that the aspect ratio of the spheroids plays the main role in the positions of maxima for both the electric field and the Scattering Cross-Section in spectral domain, while the distance between the spheroids mostly contributes to the field intensity regardless of the particle material.
