Reactive synthesis and phase evolution of W2FeB2 alloy powders

Abstract: The high impurity (93.42 wt%) W2FeB2 alloy powder was successfully prepared by reaction synthesis, proceeded by the diffusion of B atoms and Fe atoms into the W matrix. The powder morphology can be optimized by plasma spheroidization, leading to the fluidity improvement.
