Real ERM Implementations: Notes from the Field

By telling their stories, including their challenges, regrets, failures, and solutions, the panelists hoped they might help other libraries survive the same process. From the nuts-and-bolts details to tips on better serving users, this session was a road map for any other library trying to navigate a similar path.
