Real-time detection of 1-butanol VOCin an indigenously developed Gas chamber

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the sensing studies of 1-butanol volatile organic compound (VOC) in an indigenously developed gas chamber. Designing of the portable gas chamber is discussed with the integration of thin-film ZnO sensor on an Inter-digitated electrodefabricated on a flexible Teflon substrate. Exposure of 1-butanol VOC inside the chamber causes a change in the resistance of the ZnO thin film.
