Real Time Measurement of Dopamine Releasing under Optogenetic Stimulation

Abstract: Abstract-Dopamine (DA) is a neurotransmitter involved in controlling of fine movement, which is deficient in Parkinson's disease (PD). Measurement of DA is an urgent need concerning the development of PD therapy.
