Abstract:Detecting and identifying viral infections in perennial plants, such as grapevines, can be challenging. Therefore, the aim of this study was to perform a real-time RT-PCR (RT-qPCR) high-resolution melting (HRM) curve analysis to detect and differentiate Brazilian variants of grapevine leafroll-associated virus 3 (GLRaV-3) and grapevine fanleaf virus (GFLV) in 74 and 10 infected plants, respectively, maintained in a collection block of grapevines. A single amplification curve was generated for each sample by RT… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
