“…Le risque socio-familial est un facteur de risque distal composé d'une accumulation de désavantages socioéconomiques et démo-graphiques présents à long terme et qui entravent la stabilité de la vie familiale des individus (Bakker, Ormel, Verhulst, & Oldehinkel, 2011 ;Moore, Vandivere, & Redd, 2006). “…The results of that study showed there are negative and positive mediators that either would increase or decrease the delinquency rate. There also has been an increasing amount of research which supports the family-process factor as a strong influence on delinquency and does not support any economic-circumstances factors of the household (Mack et al 2007). This means that socio-economic status has more of an indirect effect on juvenile delinquent behavior and, depends on the kinds of mediation, socioeconomic factors have positive and negative influence on delinquency, instead of direct effect.…”
