Reassessing the Role of Homocysteine and Holotranscobalamin Levels in Diagnosing Vitamin B12 Deficiency Anemia

Abstract: Background: Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to irreversible neurological damage, megaloblastic anemia, osteoporosis, cerebrovascular, and cardiovascular diseases, and thus, early diagnosis is essential.
