Abstract: Cancer immunotherapy has yielded remarkable results across a variety of tumor types. Nevertheless, the complex and immunosuppressive microenvironment within solid tumors poses significant challenges to established therapies such as immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy.
