Recent advances in non‐thermal and thermal processing of jackfruit ( Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam ): An updated review

Abstract: Jackfruit (Artocarpus Heterophyllus Lam.) is an underexploited seasonal fruit that is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates.
