Recent advances in solid dispersion technique for enhancing biopharmaceutical properties of lumefantrine

Abstract: Background Lumefantrine is a widely used antimalarial agent in combination with artemether. It is poorly water soluble and belongs to the biopharmaceutical classification class II.
