NASA’s press release of ‘Moon having receded by 1 m from Earth in a quarter of century’ on the Silver Jubilee Anniversary (20 July 1994) of Man’s landing on Moon led to the development of the Kinematic Model(KM) of evolving Earth-Moon System. Best fit KM parameters are adopted for the analysis of evolving E-M system, The present length of day of Earth is assumed to be 24 hours, orbital period of Moon divided by spin period of Earth=LOM/LOD=27.322 and the age of Moon=4.467Gy. Using this best fit model parameters the velocity of recession of Moon is derived as 2.3cm/y as compared to 3.7cm/y by Lunar Laser Ranging experiment.KM is used to plot lengthening of day(LOD) curve from pre-cambrian period (2.5Gy ago) to the present time. This theoretical plot is superimposed on the observed lengthening of day curve. The observed plot is generated from the observed length of day in different geologic epochs by John West Wells, Charles P.Sonnet & Chan and Kaula & Harris by the study of coral fossils, ancient tidalites and marine creatures respectively. The superposition gives more than 25% mismatch in remote past around 2.5Gya. This KM did not consider the obliquity angle 23.44° of Earth and the inclination angle of 5.14° of Lunar Orbital Plane with respect to Ecliptic plane. The classical KM assumed monotonic spiral expansion of Moon from Earth as shown in Figure 1. A recent paper “Tidal evolution of Moon in high angular momentum, high obliquity Earth” has revolutionized the Earth-Moon modeling and paved the way for near-match between observated and theoretical LOD curve. In the new scenario Moon’s tidal evolution is anything but sedate and monotonic. It experienced a bumpy launch through gravitational sling shot at the first geo-synchronous orbit of 15,000Km. Moon was gravitationally catapulted and launched on an expanding spiral path but this expansion was turbulent, chaotic and got stalled at times due to huge lunar obliquity tides during Laplace Plane transition and due to Cassini state transition as shown in Figure 2. Only after Moon settles down in Cassini state II that it resumes its monotonic and sedate spiral expansion as envisaged in the classical picture but this spiral expansion was at accelerated pace so as to reach 3,84,499Km orbital radius in 4.5Gy. It transits in fits , in chaotic and turbulent phase, for 3.3Gy whereas it spends1.2Gy in bounded state therefore this new model is referred to as ‘Fits and Bound’ model of E-M system. On this time scale the modern time recession rate comes to be 3.7cm/y. If this accelerated time frame is adopted then we get near-exact match between theory and observed LOD curve with worst mis-match being -4%. In this accelerated time frame, all E-M system parameters are obtained and it is self consistent model with velocity of recession = 3.7cm/y, LOM/LOD = 27.322 and near match between theory and observed LOD curve and spending 3.3Gy in turbulent and stalled evolutionary phase and spending 1.2Gy in the present accelerated phase. This gives the final vindication to the advanced KM.

This paper investigates the fractal architecture of our Universe based on Primary-Centric Theoretical Formulation. Through theoretical analysis of Earth-Moon System, I arrived at the planetary satellite dynamics which was found to apply equally well to Solar and Exo-solar systems. This gave the theoretical foundation of the New Perspective of the birth and evolution of Exo-solar Systems. This was further extended to the theoretical analysis of star pairs and Neutron-Star pairs. This laid down the Primarycentric World View which I postulate as the physical process which has been shaping the evolution of the Universe and the hot-spots of the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation right from 380,000 yrs after the Big Bang to date in top-down model resulting into Super-clusters, Clusters, Galaxies and Solar Systems. Primary-centric analysis corresponds to keplerian Analysis for negligibly small mass ratio less than 0.001. In the Copernican Framework, Kepler’s Third Law places no restriction on the orbit of the secondary component in a celestial pair. In Primary Centric Framework there is a very definite constraint on the permitted stable orbit, introduced due to periodic tidal deformations . There are two Clarke’s Orbits which are fully circularized and synchronized and hence nondissipative and equilibrium orbits called inner and outer Clarke's orbits equivalent to two geosynchronous orbits in Earth-Moon scenario. Outer Clarke’s Orbit is permissible as a stable orbit if the mass ratio of secondary to primary is greater than 0.2, Inner Clarke’s Orbit is permissible if mass ratio is less than 10-4 . If the mass ratio is between 10-4 to 0.2 then secondary spirals-out from inner Clarke’s Orbit to outer Clarke’s Orbit if it tumbles into super-synchronous orbit and spirals-in if it tumbles into sub-synchronous orbit destined to be destroyed by the primary. My conjecture states that every cosmological sub-system has a Monarch (or dominant) Primary (M_primary) Component anchoring the given sub-system and this Primary decides the stable equilibrium orbits of the secondary/secondaries. Planet-Satellite has a Planet as the M_primary, Solar System and exo-Solar Systems have a planet hosting star (PHS) as the M_primary, Galaxy has a Super-Massive Black Hole(SMBH) as the M_primary, Cluster has a cD galaxy (central dominant Galaxy) which is also known as Brightest Cluster Galaxy(BCG) as the M_primary, Super-Cluster has a massive Cluster hosting a QUASER/Blazer as the M_primary. This goes adinfinitum until a Cosmic Web is woven with Cosmic filaments. This conjecture gains a definite credence after the recent discoveries of the over-massive Black Holes in M_Galaxies namely Messier 87 in Virgo Cluster, NGC 3842 in Leo Cluster, NGC 4889 in Coma Cluster[68] and NGC 1277 in Perseus Cluster[66] which had been proposed as M_Galaxies on general considerations even before the confirmation of over-massive black holes. In 2011, a group of floating planets have been discovered. This is a transitory event and is an exception to this conjecture.

In this paper I present a new perspective of the birth and evolution of Planetary Systems. This new perspective presents an all encompassing and self consistent Paradigm of the birth and evolution of the solar systems. In doing so it redefines astronomy and rewrites astronomical principles. Kepler and Newton defined a stable and non-evolving elliptical orbits. While this perspective defines a collapsing or expanding spiral orbit of planets except for Brown Dwarfs. Brown Dwarfs are significant fraction of the central star. Hence they rapidly evolve from non-Keplerian state to the end point which is a Keplerian state where it is in stable elliptical orbits. On the basis of the Lunar Laser Ranging Data released by NASA on the Silver Jubilee Celebration of Man's Landing on Moon on 21st July 1969-1994, theoretical formulation of Earth-Moon tidal interaction was carried out and Planetary Satellite Dynamics was established. It was found that this mathematical analysis could as well be applied to Star and Planets system and since every star could potentially contain an extra-solar system, hence we have a large ensemble of exoplanets to test our new perspective on the birth and evolution of solar systems. Till date 403 exoplanets have been discovered in 390 extra-solar systems by radial velocity method, by transiting planet method, by gravitational lensing method, by direct imaging method and by timing method. I have taken 12 single planet systems , 4 Brown Dwarf -Star systems and 2 Brown Dwarf pairs. Following architectural design rules are corroborated through this study of exoplanets. All planets are born at inner Clarke's Orbit what we refer to as inner geo-synchronous orbit in case of Earth-Moon System. The inner Clarke's Orbit is an orbit of unstable equilibrium. By any perturbative force such as cosmic particles or radiation pressure, the planet gets tipped long of aG1 or short of aG1. Here aG1 is inner Clarke's Orbit. If planet is long of aG1 then it is said to be in extra-synchronous orbit. Here Gravitational Sling Shot effect is in play. In gravity assist planet fly-by maneuver in space flights, gravitational sling shot is routinely used to boost the space craft to its destination. The exoplanet can either be launched on death spiral as CLOSE HOT JUPITERS or can be launched on an expanding spiral path as the planets in our Solar System are. In death spiral, exoplanet less than 5 mJ will get pulverized and vaporized in close proximity to the host star. If the mass is between 5 mJ and 7.5 mJ then it will be partially vaporized and partially engulfed by the host star and if it is greater than 7.5 mJ , then it will be completely ingested by the host star. In the process the planet will deposit all its material and angular momentum in the Host Star. This will leave tell-tale imprints of ingestion: in such cases host Star will have higher 7Li, host star will become a rapidly rotating progenitor and the host star will have excess IR.
