Reclaiming cognitive crafting: an integrative model of behavioral and cognitive practices in job crafting

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to present a model of how cognitive and behavioral crafting practices relate, reconciling the two dominant and conflicting job crafting theoretical perspectives.
