Reconstitution of a corneal endothelium by intracameral injection of cultured endothelial cells

Abstract: The only currently available treatment for irreversible corneal endothelial failure is allo‐transplantation, which is overshadowed by optical distortion of the posterior surface, postoperative donor corneal endothelial cells attrition and risk of rejection.
