Abstract:Introduction: Secondary rhinoplasty, or reintervention, is a surgery on a previously operated nose, which represents a greater surgical challenge compared to primary rhinoplasty. The ideal is the use of autologous cartilage graft since it meets biocompatibility characteristics and resembles an ideal graft.
