Reconstruction of Distal Nasal Defects With a Large Postauricular Skin-Fat-Fascia Composite Graft

Abstract: Background: Composite grafts have previously been reported to achieve a good outcome for nasal defect repair, but composite grafts have greater metabolic needs than simple skin.
