Reconstruction of large anterior palatal fistulae using anteriorly-based dorsal tongue flaps

Abstract: Background:We evaluate the feasibility and outcomes of the reconstruction of large anterior palatal fistulae using anteriorly-based dorsal tongue flaps or ventral tongue flaps.Methods: Eight patients with anterior palatal fistulae using anteriorly based dorsal tongue flaps.
