Reconstruction of the First Web Space Using the Wide-Second Dorsal Metacarpal Artery Perforator Flap

Abstract: Purpose: This study evaluated the functional and aesthetic outcomes of a wide-second dorsal metacarpal artery perforator flap for reconstruction of the first web space of the hand.
