Reconstructive surgery of Peyronie's disease

Abstract: Peyronie's disease (PD) is an idiopathic localised fibrosis of penile tunica albuginea resulting in shortening of the involved area with consequent penile curvature and sexual dysfunction. Surgical treatment is indicated when patients fail conservative therapies, is stable, and causes difficulties with sexual intercourse.
