Abstract: Background: MYBPC3 founder variants cause hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) leading to heart failure (HF) and malignant ventricular arrhythmias (MVA). Exercise is typically regarded a risk factor for disease expression, although evidence is conflicting.
