Recruitment and Retention of Alaska Natives into Nursing (RRANN)

Abstract: In recognition of the severe underrepresentation of Alaska Natives in the Alaska RN workforce, the University of Alaska Anchorage School of Nursing implemented Project RRANN (Recruitment and Retention of Alaska Natives into Nursing) to recruit Alaska Natives into a nursing career and to facilitate their success in the nursing programs.
