Recruitment Model in Manpower Planning Under Fuzzy Environment

Abstract

This work was carried out in collaboration between bothl authors. Author MJ formulated the basic Linear programming model to be applied on Recruitment of manpower along with the application of Cluster Analysis Technique. Author NG applied fuzzy technique into this model, validated with a hypothetical example and wrote the first draft of the manuscript. Boththe authors read and approved the final manuscript.
