INTRODUCTION: Language is a bridge between people, an indispensable component of information exchange and communication, and an essential part of social culture. As the most widely used language in the world, English occupies an essential position in the social language, generating value demands related to it, ranging from the needs of individuals for their development to the needs of social industries or fields for their development to the national language strategy. OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this paper is that due to the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" policy, more and more cultures of the countries along the route are coming into China's vision, and at the same time, Chinese culture should also be promoted, and only through the correct use of language can we promote the Chinese civilization and other civilizations to seek common ground and put aside their differences, appreciate each other, and eliminate the clash of cultures in the process of mutual collision and fusion of different civilizations. METHODS: Based on the data mining ecosystem, this study examines the demand analysis of the value of English language services in today's environment, explores the explicit and implicit benefits regarding the value of English language services, and analyzes and explores the explicit and implicit economic benefits of language services and the economic, social, and cultural benefits they encompass at different levels. RESULTS: The research suggests that we need to focus on the value of multiform English language services, strengthen English language industry research and studies, and conduct a scientific English language economic program. CONCLUSION: Language services and language economy are two closely related concepts. Analyzing language services from multiple perspectives can reveal their explicit and implicit economic, social and cultural benefits.

Technology is permeating every aspect of our everyday lives, and businesses are increasingly turning to learning algorithms. These technologies are commonly associated with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning (DL), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Due to previous research exciting findings, implications, and limitations, the research publication on AI, ML, DL, and ANN will increase each year. Finally, the growth analysis of AI, ML, DL, and ANN publications in last 10 years brings up the results that the publications significantly increase each year. This research utilizes descriptive analyses and bibliometrics. Implications of the investigation of specific keyword mapping visualization results on AI, ML, DL, and ANN, can be created and enhanced for more study. A different area of future research might focus on using fewer terms, particularly to study learning methods like AI, ML, DL, and ANN in a convolutional neural network.

Higher education can be considered an industry comprised of mobile students attending institutions worldwide (Findlay et al. in Int Migr 55(3):139–155, 2017). The global pandemic, COVID-19, has significantly impacted the mobility of these students. Higher education institutions (HEIs) have attracted students using international student recruiters, various marketing materials, websites, and educational agents (de Wit in Int High Educ 59:13–14, 2015). When COVID-19 began to unfold around the globe the disease impacted many sectors of the economy, but the impact of disease on the higher education industry is not well documented. The purpose of this study is to explore how higher education institutional student recruitment staff responded to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study explores the perspectives of international student recruitment staff in eight small to medium-sized institutions in Canada to understand the impact of the pandemic on their practice and to generate insights for policymakers to consider when planning the future of international student recruitment (ISR). The study found that these recruiters perceived their size to be a disadvantage and that the pandemic highlighted the inequities within higher education. Furthermore, recruiters feared the competitive position of small to medium-sized institutions is potentially deteriorating with implications on policy, resources, and internal relationships within HEIs.
