Abstract

This present searvey it’s to try to show a judicial recovery as an escape from the economic crise settle in whole Brazil , with the intend of decrease the number of companies going to bancrapcy. For that, it’s beeing analysed the covid 19’s pandemic, it’s consequencer and it’s results , and tend to expose some of solutions and inovations criated by companies and by the governament, to avoid biggers results. It has like objective the law of judicial recovery, as a form viable for companies recovery, support of bussiness man and a way overcome the crise and get back to perform their activities, as well increase the celerity of actions share. Like that, to get better exportion of this matter, the methodoligy used is descripitive bibliografy, beeing analysing the process of judicial recovery and it’s atual change, thrue de sites, jucicial magazines, enterview, doctrines, scientific articles and in law. It has final resulted indefined and inconcluied, even that is find in a period of pandemy, a the efficincy of law don was suficent to keep companies open or working at distancy. The damage caused by the covid-19 pandemic is still incalculable, leaving this work as a source of research to find a final result in the future.
