Recurred Minor Salivary Gland Cancer in Base of Tongue, Endoscopic Neck Management

Abstract: A 45-year-old female who presented with a salivary gland tumor on the oral and base of the tongue underwent surgery via intraoral approach. It led to a recurrence of the primary site and metastasis to bilateral cervical lymph nodes within 5 years of surgery. We performed resection of the recurred tumor via transoral approach and endoscope assisted neck dissection via retroauricular approach.
