Abstract:BackgroundMultiple acyl-CoA dehydrogenation deficiency (MADD) is an inborn error of metabolism in fatty acid oxidation. We described an unusual case of recurrent vomiting and abdominal pain in a child with MADD, presenting with velvet-like changes in the small intestine.
