Abstract: Background Bilateral adrenal infarction is rare and only a small number of cases have been reported so far. Adrenal infarction is usually caused by thrombophilia or a hypercoagulable state, such as antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, pregnancy, and coronavirus disease 2019.
