Abstract: While hypoglycemia is a frequent problem encountered in clinical practice, endogenous hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia in a patient with diabetes is rare. Here, we describe such a case of recurrent hypoglycemia due to multifocal insulinoma (differential focal nesidioblastosis) in an adult patient with diabetes.
