Recurrent Iliopsoas Abscesses Due to Migrated Appendicular Fecalith

Abstract: Case:Appendicular fecaliths have been reported to migrate to nearby organs before or during surgical treatment and become a late source of infection. We report an extremely rare case of recurrent iliopsoas abscesses caused by appendicular fecaliths that have migrated to the psoas muscle before or during the previous appendicectomy for acute appendicitis.
