Abstract:This report presents a unique case of recurrent idiopathic inferior oblique myositis (IOM) with a focus on clinico-radiological characteristics and histological features. A woman in her early 40s presented with a third episode of IOM following a 12-year period of quiescence. The first two episodes were characterised by unilateral IOM with rapid resolution following oral prednisone treatment.
