Recurrent Juvenile Ossifying Fibroma with Secondary Aneurysmal Bone Cyst: A Case Report

Abstract: Juvenile Trabecular Ossifying Fibroma (JTrOF) is a rare lesion affecting mandible with a tendency toward locally aggressive behavior and recurrence. Only a few cases of JTrOF ocurring in association with secondary Aneurysmal Bone Cyst (ABC) formation have been reported in the literature. Treatment should consists of complete surgical removal because incomplete excision has been linked with a high local recurrence rate.
